Danger Close is a magical blend of red cayenne & orange habanero peppers. This is the perfect hot sauce for buffalo wings, as it packs a strong cayenne flavor while also a solid backdoor kicker of habanero heat.
Smoke Check blends the bold bite of American-grown red cayenne peppers (the same ones used in Dead Red and Danger Close) with smoked chipotle. We think of it as Dead Red’s smoky alter-ego, except this one’s been through the fire--literally.
